Rigorous Academics

Our dedicated teachers collaborate regularly and use student assessment data to guide instruction and support individual growth. Aligned with the California State Standards, our curriculum is designed to challenge and engage students at every grade level.

Key academic highlights include:

  • Spanish Dual Immersion Program (K–6) – Preparing students to be biliterate, bicultural, and bilingual.

  • 1:1 Device-to-Student Ratio – Equipping every student with the tools they need for digital learning success.

  • Innovation Lab with STEM Focus – Offering hands-on experiences in science, technology, engineering, and math.

  • Before and After-School Intervention – Providing targeted support for students who need additional academic assistance.

  • Targeted Reading Intervention (Grades 1–2) – Helping students strengthen foundational literacy skills through small-group support.

Will Rogers, a Platinum award-winning PBIS school, is proud to offer wraparound support programs that nurture social-emotional development and ensure all students are ready to learn:

Family & Community Engagement

Will Rogers thrives because of our supportive and engaged families. Families are welcomed throughout the year during Back to School Nights, Open Houses, workshops, and parent conferences — all designed to strengthen the partnership between home and school. We offer:
